Social connection is integral to maintaining health and wellbeing, and is associated with improved quality of life, increased self-esteem and increased levels of happiness. St John Qld operates a home visiting service which provides an opportunity to improve your social connections through companionship and friendship, while doing things that you love in the comfort of your own home.
Eligible clients can access free visits through the Community Visitors Scheme or subsidised visits through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
