About Us
Uplift is a support and care coordination program for young people, aged between 12 and 25 years with complex mental health needs. Uplift is designed to bolster a young person’s network of support in the community and help them lead functional and fulfilling lives. Additional support for those at risk of, or having experienced psychosis or mania may be provided to access the headspace Early Psychosis Program.
