Specialist Homelessness Services
About Us
The Logan Advance to Zero campaign is an initiative to end homelessness and rough sleeping in the Logan region through a coordinated, collaborative and person-centred approach.
We manage the By Name List for the Logan community. The By Name List is a list of people and their needs collated on the Advance to Zero database that enables organisations across the service sector to collaboratively track and quantify homelessness. The quality data is used to understand how the service system is responding and for data driven system improvements to end homelessness.
We are part of a national movement to end homelessness in Australia led by Australian Alliance to End Homelessness. We campaign to end homelessness in Logan, and we are keen to have community, business and government partner with us.
We maintain a Logan Community Dashboard that tracks progress to ending homelessness.
We provide place-based coordination to help local service systems work collaboratively so they can allocate housing and support resources more effectively.
We oversee the distribution of brokerage assistance for those on the By Name List.
We use high quality data from the By Name List, and the experience of contributors from across our partner organisations to identify bottlenecks and gaps in the local service system and advocate for design improvement projects.
We offer community training on the Advance to Zero database and Vulnerability Index - Service Prioritisation Decision Assistance Tool (Vi-SPDAT) to enable quality By Name List.
