About Us
Next Step Plus is a free service available for young people between the ages of 15 and 25 who are leaving, or have left care.
Next Step Plus can help you achieve your goals, build your life skills so you can be the best person you want to be.
If your between 15-18 years old and in care, Next Step Plus can support you with your transition from care planning. If you’re between 18-25 years and have had a care experience at any time after your 12th birthday, Next Step Plus can support you.
