5 Star Purposeful Care is a disability service provider aimed to empower, encourage and enable people living with disabilities to support their quality of life with dignity & respect whilst maintaining their independence, to provide care focused on the holistic view of an individual and create a resilient and empowered community.

5 Star Purposeful Care provides experienced Support Workers that will treat you with dignity and purpose as a valuable member of the community. Our Disability Support Workers are qualified and understand what it means to work in this sector from their years of experiences and/or lived experiences. 

5 Star Purposeful Care also provides Allied Health services (Dietetics) from a dietitian experienced with individuals living with disabilities.

5 Star Purposeful Care provides also provides cleaning services to eligible card holders (e.g DVA).
