Our service is here to support you (those eligible) to remain independent in community and at home with a focus on your goals and care needs. 

Commonwealth Home Support Program

• The Commonwealth Home Support Program provides a range of entry-level aged care services.

Flexible Aged Care Program (NATSIFAC)

• If you're an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person who enjoys living independently but just needs a bit of support, you might be eligible for National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care (NATSIFAC).

Support at Home

• The Support at Home program has replaced the Home Care Packages Program and the Short-term Restorative Care Programme from 1 November 2025.

Wellness Centre

Our Wellness Centre community can also sign up for weekly day-trips and places of interest are driven by what you want to do.
