Borilla Communtiy Kindergarten

Our team of teachers is headed up by Jenny Finlay who has many years of experience teaching young children in Community Kindergartens. 2021 is Jenny’s 25th year as Director of Borilla Kindy. Jenny has a Diploma of Teaching (Early Childhood), a Graduate Diploma of Education (Early Childhood) and a Masters in Education (majoring in guidance and counselling). Jenny also presents workshops for early childhood teachers and educators. Borilla Kindy is fortunate to have a Speech Pathologist (First Class Honors) and is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathology Australia Member, who participates in the Professional Self-Regulation Program. Carmen has worked for Education Qld and has experience providing Speech Pathology within the context of early childhood education. Carmen is dedicated to providing a high quality service and has a passion for early intervention and improving outcomes for children as they transition into their formal schooling.
