Social outings

Our Social Support Program provides assistance in a range of services.  These include friendly home visits, social functions, day trips, social outings and helping with referrals to other services when required.

Monthly calendars and itineraries are posted to all clients each month. The calendars assist clients to plan which bus trips or outings they want to attend.

Group social functions are held on a regular basis and include themed events and live entertainment
