Who is Eloma Care?
- A registered NDIS provider with over 100 years’ experience amongst our small, but mighty team.
- We are a registered provider that plays an active role in our community to support our NDIS participants.
- We are currently located in NSW and QLD

- Day Programs
Our day programs encourage our participants to live their dreams, enjoy a new hobby, play sport, take a class or just hang out with friends!
- Social & Community Participation
Our experienced team assist our participant to reach their goals by participating in various social and recreational activities within the community.
- Club Eloma
Club Eloma is the social program where participants can choose from a variety of activities that will assist with building confidence, learn new skills, explore new destinations and make great friends.
- In Home Supports
The Eloma team will provide you with the exact amount of assistance you want within your own home, while encouraging and supporting your independence
- Eloma Lifestyles (SIL, ILO, SDA, & STA)
Eloma lifestyles provide a place to call home, a place to create memories, independence, community connections and new experiences.
- Support Coordination
Our Support Coordinators are here to support you to understand and implement your NDIS plan. They can link you to community, mainstream and other governments services.
