About Us
Gloria Liu is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA). She holds a Master of Exercise Physiology from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from Queensland University of Technology.
Gloria has extensive experience working in both hospital and private clinic settings, providing care across a range of areas including musculoskeletal rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, cardiovascular disease, cancer rehabilitation, diabetes management, obesity, mental health, and general wellbeing.
She is passionate about empowering individuals to improve their health, function, and overall quality of life. Her areas of focus include:

Gloria utilises evidence-based exercise prescription and lifestyle intervention strategies to help clients integrate movement into their daily routines and achieve meaningful, long-term health outcomes. Her mission is to help people work better, live better, and enjoy greater independence through movement.
