Our Aged Care team provide a comprehensive range of support services aimed at allowing individuals to be more independent at home and in the community, thereby enhancing their quality of life. We are committed to providing client-focused services which achieve positive outcomes for the individuals and the community.

Home Care Packages (HCP)

We provide many different types of support to help you stay happy, healthy and independent in your own home.

Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)

The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) aims to assist people to remain in their own home, enjoy the community that they are a part of and maintain their independence.

The CHSP provides entry level care if you are managing on your own but just need a little bit of help, or medium to short term care of you only need help for a short period of time, or whilst waiting for other funding to become available. 

Under the CHSP services are subsidised, meaning that you pay per individual booking.  Services are tailored to your needs.  to what you have been approved to receive.

Meals on Wheels

Both frozen and freshly cooked hot meals are available for lunch time delivery Monday to Friday. Alternatively you can pick up bulk frozen meals from our team.
