Disability Services

Cornerstone Connections provide a range of NDIS funded supports to our community. We are specialised in supporting people from all walks of life and apply respect and dignity to everyone we meet.

We provide the following services:

• Support Coordination services 
• Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
• Assistance with daily life 
• Domestic duties (cleaning, laundry)
• Access to community/ community participation
• Lifelong learning support and peer mentoring services.

We also provide domestic services to people not on the NDIS, this will be on a case by case basis and a quote will be submitted prior to services.

For professionals, we offer coaching and mentoring sessions for Support Workers who are looking to build their skills and professiona. practice while working to support the disability community.
